The primary aim of the Terminals project was to create a robust, user-friendly application to handle user registrations and certificate generation. This system simplifies the process of capturing personal data, signing forms, and verifying certificates at checkout or terminals.

- Enable users to complete registration forms effortlessly. Designed with simplicity in mind, the application allows users to fill out registration forms quickly and with ease. Clear instructions and a user-friendly interface minimize errors and guide users seamlessly through the process.
- Provide multilingual support for a diverse user base. The application offers multi-language functionality, ensuring it caters to users from different linguistic backgrounds. Switching languages is straightforward, allowing for a customized user experience.
- Incorporate photo capture, form signing, and certificate printing:
- Photo Capture: Users can take photos directly within the app, eliminating the need for external tools or manual uploads.
- Form Signing: Digital signature integration enables users to sign their forms electronically, ensuring both convenience and compliance.
- Certificate Printing: After completing the form, users can print certificates with ease, providing a physical copy for verification.
- Generate QR codes for verification and email them to users. Upon completing the process, the system generates a unique QR code for verification purposes. The application automatically emails the QR code along with user data, form details, and privacy policies, ensuring secure access to essential information.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and intuitive use for touch-screen devices. The application is optimized for touch screens, featuring a virtual keyboard and modern date picker for seamless interaction. Built with scalable architecture, it maintains high performance and reliability, even under heavy usage.
