Solution

To develop custom features for the client’s software system, we involved a back-end developer and a front-end developer. The team has been working on the following improvements:

  • Strong Search options development. The prospect research process might affect sales efficiency. The main challenge was to provide platform users with the ability to find important data within a few clicks. We built-in research options to detect relevant companies and contacts by keywords, sectors, and financial details. This feature reduces clients’ time spent on manual research. 
  • Integration with Salesforce CRM. Smart data storage was the topmost issue to figure out. In-depth analysis shows that regular updates reduce resources and directly increase sales. Our team built features for companies and contact retrieval from Salesforce to the website in real time. 
  • Custom search by keywords. Displaying results due to the exact match queries was crucial for users with a specific search intent. This feature gave the ability to obtain data in a few seconds. It matches strict requests users enter and immediately generates results. 
  • A fuzzy search returns a list of results that approximately match the required terms. It identifies similar parts of a keyword and might be very useful to reduce efforts on manual research or cases where queries are misspelled.
  • Integration with Hubspot CRM. We automated the data synchronization process so it promptly pushes from the website to the Hubspot software. It is transferred between both systems in real time.
